One of the most powerful phases of the Dynamisis
method is experimentation. Once analysis has highlighted key process constraints,
we help clients test alternative solutions. Combine several steps into one,
add new equipment, shift a work schedule or reconfigure the system in complete
confidence. Inserting a proposed change into a realistic process model will
show whether the new idea will solve the problem and why...or why not.
We test changes based on dynamic analysis and client
input, avoiding the impossible "solutions" that too often emerge
from standard consulting approaches. Several modifications can be combined
into scenarios to consider multiple "what...if" situations.
For example, "if customer demand increases by 10 percent and we compensate
by adding three new staff members and opening a Fast Track, what will
be the impact on waiting times?" Dynamisis uses powerful interlinked
modeling technologies that can evaluate a variety of possible resource
combinations automatically to suggest an ideal solution.
The best part is that there is no risk to trying changes.
When a dynamic model shows that a change will increase output, reduce
cost or improve quality, our clients move ahead knowing it will work the
first time.
